Event Schedule

• 11AM: Welcoming Circle & Icebreaker Games

   We’ll begin with a few light icebreakers to create a warm and friendly vibe. Then, we’ll dive into:

  • “Where Should We Begin” by Esther Perel – a card game that sparks intimate and reflective conversations about relationships and family life.

  • “Strangers Game” by The Skin Deep – designed to invite openness, empathy, and shared vulnerability through thought-provoking questions.

• 1PM: Lunch & Relaxation

  A calm pause to enjoy a shared meal, breathe, connect casually, or simply rest. This is your moment to unwind.

• 2PM: The Parenthood Games

  An invitation to explore your parenting journey—past, present, and future. Through deep yet playful questions, you’ll reflect on your role, values, and unique stories as a parent.

  👨‍👩‍👧 Mom & Dad Game: Special time to bond as a family. This simple yet heartfelt card game invites parents and children to connect more deeply by asking and answering curious, loving questions with one another.

• 4PM: Journaling & Art Therapy Corner

  et creativity guide you. We’ll offer journaling prompts for self-reflection and art therapy activities to express emotions visually.

  The coloring corner will be open for both kids and adults—a quiet, soothing space to unwind or play.

• 5PM: Coffee & Connection Break Let’s gather for some coffee or tea, light snacks, and heartfelt conversation to close the day with warmth and ease.

• All materials will be provided, including paper and art supplies;

• A dedicated kids' playground area will be available throughout the day with games, toys, so little ones can play freely while adults participate.;

• Sessions hosted by a certified life coach for deep dives into specific questions;
